Zimbabwe

7 kinds of dinosaur have been found in Zimbabwe, from 26 recorded finds in the Paleobiology Database. The best known are Massospondylus, Vulcanodon and Amphicoelias.

Most of the fossils come from the Forest Sandstone Formation, the Mpandi Formation, the Pebbly Arkose Formation, the Kadzi Formation and the Upper Karroo Sandstone Formation.
