About Pakisaurus
Pakisaurus was a plant-eating sauropod that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 72 to 66 million years ago. It belongs to the family Pakisauridae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 10 finds of Pakisaurus, from Pakistan and India. Its fossils come from rocks including the Vitakri Formation and the Lameta Formation. It was named by Malkani in 2004.
