Algeria
5 kinds of dinosaur have been found in Algeria, from 19 recorded finds in the Paleobiology Database. The best known are Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus and Deltadromeus.
Most of the fossils come from the Continental Intercalaire Formation, the Gara Samani Formation, the Grès rouges Formation and the Aïssa Formation.
