8 kinds of dinosaur have been found in Egypt, from 18 recorded finds in the Paleobiology Database. The best known are Spinosaurus, Deltadromeus and Tameryraptor.
Most of the fossils come from the Baharîje Formation, the Quseir Formation and the Bahariya Formation.
