Prenoceratops was a plant-eating ceratopsian that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 84 to 72 million years ago. It belongs to the family Leptoceratopsidae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 2 finds of Prenoceratops, from Alberta and Montana. Its fossils come from rocks including the Oldman Formation and the Two Medicine Formation. It was named by Chinnery in 2004.
