Nemegtomaia was an omnivorous theropod that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 84 to 66 million years ago. It belongs to the family Oviraptoridae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 3 finds of Nemegtomaia, from Mongolia. Its fossils come from rocks including the Baruungoyot Formation and the Nemegt Formation. It was named by Lü et al. in 2005.
