About Anodontosaurus
Anodontosaurus was a plant-eating ankylosaur that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 84 to 66 million years ago. It belongs to the family Ankylosauridae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 13 finds of Anodontosaurus, from Alberta. Its fossils come from rocks including the Horseshoe Canyon Formation and the Dinosaur Park Formation. It was named by Sternberg in 1929.
