About Vagaceratops
Vagaceratops was a plant-eating ceratopsian that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 84 to 72 million years ago. It belongs to the family Ceratopsidae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 7 finds of Vagaceratops, from Alberta and Montana. Its fossils come from rocks including the Dinosaur Park Formation, the Judith River Formation and the Oldman Formation. It was named by Sampson in 2010.
