Brachylophosaurus was a plant-eating ornithopod that lived in the Late Cretaceous, 84 to 72 million years ago. It belongs to the family Hadrosauridae.
The Paleobiology Database lists 7 finds of Brachylophosaurus, from Montana and Alberta. Its fossils come from rocks including the Judith River Formation, the Oldman Formation and the Claggett Formation. It was named by Sternberg in 1953.
